As part of Korian’s executive management team, Cécile Jolly will be responsible for defining the Group’s communication strategy and its implementation in the four countries in which it operates: France, Germany, Italy and Belgium, in order to enhance and promote Korian’s image.
Her mission will also be to define and implement the Group’s CSR strategy in order to promote and develop its environmental, ethical nd social initiatives. As the head of Group Operational Marketing, she will also work closely with Korian’s Strategy, Development and Strategic Marketing Department.
Cécile Jolly will be a member of the Group’s Executive Committee. She will also be part of the Management Committee in France.
Having graduated from the EM LYON Business School in 1991, Cécile Jolly began her career by working in the Marketing department at Nestlé France, before moving to a similar position at McDonald’s France in 2000.
There, she was appointed Marketing Director in 2003, then Communications Director in 2005. One of her main assignments was to improve McDonald’s corporate reputation.
In 2008, Ms Jolly joined the Adecco France Group as Head of Communications, where she contributed to build and nourish the image of the company as an “employment group”.
She returned to McDonald’s in 2012 to take on the role of Senior Director Brand and Strategy for McDonald’s Europe.
Cécile Jolly spoke to us about this new career challenge: “My decision to join Korian was driven by my desire to work for a company with a strong human dimension, as well as significant potential for innovation and growth. I would therefore like to use my experience to support Korian’s development, its communications and to contribute to making the Group the European leader in Healthy Ageing”.
Korian, an expert in care and support services for the elderly, manages the first European network of nursing homes, specialized clinics, assisted living facilities, hospital care and home-care services with 715 facilities.
