With its Human Resources policy, integrated with that of its CSR, Korian offers a model of support and care for seniors that respects the autonomy and quality of life of its beneficiaries and teams. The well-being at work of its 53,000 employees and the strengthening of its contribution to the social and economic dynamics of the regions are at the heart of its commitments and strategy.

"We work in an inclusive societal perspective, in line with the expectations and needs of the countries where we operate. Investing in human capital is one of the levers of our strategic transformation plan to meet the demographic and health challenges of the Old Age. It integrates the strengthening of the quality of life in the work of the teams and the implementation of an active training and staff development policy to enhance expertise and know-how," says Sophie Boissard, Korian Group’ CEO.
