Frederickxhof opening in Belgium

Situated at the heart of Lummen in Belgium, Frederickxhof is both an assisted living facility and a long-term care nursing home. In perfect harmony with its surroundings, this new facility offers a modern and friendly living environment. It is located near shops, public services and health services.

Frederickxhof opened on 1 October 2018 and consists of a long-term care nursing home with 62 rooms and an assisted living facility of 46 apartments. Residents benefit from around-the-clock care services adapted to their needs and their level of autonomy.

Thanks to its open design that provides outside access, Frederickxhof is an ideal setting to welcome loved ones, to relax and to participate in both physical and well-being activities. The facility has various relaxation areas and common spaces as well as a private garden. Le Grand Café, located between the nursing home and the assisted living facilities, welcomes residents, their loved ones and the neighbours with home-made cooking prepared by the chef.

“Five other facilities with the same design will be opened in the next 12 months. We are aware of the importance of our facilities for the nearby environment as well as for the community. The Korian group is therefore committed to offering personalised solutions to its residents in a warm and friendly setting in the heart of the city,” outlined Sophie Boissard, CEO of the Korian group.
