The 5 pillars of our CSR strategy

Clear priorities: Once the scope of our responsibilities had been measured, we prioritised them in order to deploy a process of continuous progress, based on our values and integrating our CSR strategy into the five dimensions of our "In Caring Hands" corporate project.

An action plan for each commitment: For each commitment, a specific, time-bound target has been set so that progress made by 2023 can be measured. Dedicated CSR governance has been put in place within the Group to monitor these commitments, whether through the Ethics, Quality and CSR Committee of the Group's Board of Directors, the Group’s Management Board or technical committees that contribute to the implementation of Korian's CSR roadmap in the field.

On June 15, 2023, our Group will propose to the General Assembly to become a purpose driven company.
